I had too many auto bans?

Realm: US West
Situation: Banned for having too many auto bans
Why you should be unbanned: Most of there bans were from disconnecting but I just downloaded the Gproxy.exe where I haven't disconnected since.

Now I'm curious on why a Mod comments on a post for map hacking then a simple "too many autobans" .
