Ban Appeal

Postby S.C.A.R.F.A.C.E » Fri Oct 11, 2013 10:00 pm

Warcraft III username: S.C.A.R.F.A.C.E
Realm: Us/west
Situation: Banned 1 week for flaming.
Why you should be unbanned: What happened was Brando aka Noble, and he has another account I just don't know the spelling to it. He was beating me with his friend 2 games in a row, they flamed me really hard both of the games that they were winning and it even came to a votekick where his team wanted to kick Brando but his friend and another person did not vote so he did not get kicked. They were egging me on the 3rd game and flaming me as you can see to the people that read the ban request but instead of both of getting banned for flaming I only got banned. I'm not saying I did not flame but you have to understand when someone flames you 2 games in a row with his friend then when you get the chance to return the favor that's exactly what I did. I don't believe that the 1 week ban for returning the favor of exactly what they did to me is warranted in this situation. Please reduce my ban time, thanks a lot for reading my appeal.

Uakf.b's flaming ban guidelines state:
2. Flamer and victim must be on same team.
3. Maximum two day ban for flaming (including repeat offenders).

Noble and scarface were on other teams in this game, so the report was invalid in the first place, user unbanned.

That said, I'd also like to tell you that you've collected 11 flaming bans.. this is not good scarface, and there will be consequences if you flame people on your own team, or if your flaming bothers people on your team and they report you. It's not worth the ban to bitch people out. Just calm down ok? :\

If the flamer and victim are on other teams, the victim can !ignore with no harm being done. Besides, this is almost a month old, why now reply?
