i think what he is saying is one time in a LoD game we were playing he accused me of MH and i was like "ya hahahahah i mh ya dude all the time in inhouse games just to own you" type thing not actually admitting i maphack... and yes i understand catching maphackers shouldnt automatically make me free but i think it speaks to me changing and trying to catch them instead of doing it.

what lesson have i learned from this? basically that maphacking is a waste of your time. you will never see me using it again, i hate it so much that is partly why i am trying to catch people now. i also think this ban made me realize that if you cheat your going to get caught, not only in dota but in everything, so im not going to anymore. and that post was my friend theroyalpuddings game he told me because in the chat the guy was logging the fogclicks and he doesnt have a forum name and wanted him to get banned because he said he was 0-39 killdeath ratio, so i helped him out. i am trying to be more active on the forum anyway so it was a win for both of us.

Complaint by someone who got banned. Still pertains to this situation. I just got banned for maphacking, and I now try to catch maphackers on the bots I play on. Maybe a ban reduction for ya. But if you just got caught again, then 1 year minimum. But if you read the compaint listed above, he is unbannable, so why are ya trying to get unbanned, when your unbannable?

Well we can ban names/IP, and I would assume he wants his GrubbyofDota name to be unbanned?

He's unbannable because he can make new names all day and use a proxy to change his IP address to make him unbannable, but using a proxy causes severe lag and causes you to drop games often.

So technically he's requesting that he can get unbanned play on his currently banned IP address to get rid of the lag/drops.

I'm aware about it, my point is. his behaviour is lovable doing it? being friend of staff and using proxy to dodge a ban? I'm 100% against it.

Let's say we can do smtg to prevent proxies, what will be his next move? cry?

He has been banned for maphacking. And from what I read caught more than once. He changes his ip to ban dodge. So he plays on ent bots anyways. Does anyone realize he is basically saying f*** you ent admins and the whole ent community I am gonna do what I want and play on your bots and you can't stop me? For real? I have changed my ways and does what he does now. I have a fog clicker too. So you gonna unban me? And everyone else who says this? Of course not. So why is this even a discussion. i cannot play on the bots and i have never ip dodged...i cannot change my ip it is static and i haven't bothered to call the isp. also, the only reason i can play is that i play at my dads house... which is not often because i usually am with my mom. i am trying to get unbanned so i can actually play on my laptop which is at my moms, not so i can play 2 games a week. i did not dodge the ip ban and play all the time i simply log onto a different computer like 2 times a week if im lucky. and yes vapula is talking about a proxy which i have used but it is so laggy like 1000 ping average so i dont even bother to use it anymore because it is useless. and cyberpunk i did answer your question that ban request was not from a game that i played in because i didnt even play yesterday, as i said that was my friend "theroyalpudding"s game

That is why im trying to get unbanned... I realize playing at a different house is a different ip so i dont play ent at my dads so it doesnt really count as a ban dodge since im not using the servers
