I don't think cheating should ever be forgiven...my two cents. knowing i could be victim of map hacking after multiple convicted offenses (if i read correctly) is not what I want to think about when trying to have fun.

I would support shortening the sentence for the sole reason that you have contributed a lot to this clan.

That being said, if you do end up doing it again ForMa, shame on you! (Not that I expect you to, just saying.)

I would say have the ban expire not before this Friday, but not after the end of the month (next Thursday) somewhere in that range.

Forma has been a great asset in the ENT community. Sure he has some complaints against him but for his contribution to the our community, i support his unban/reduced-ban. I'm sure he was only maphacking just because he lost his staff position, however i do believe he genuinely wants he's wants to play legitimately in the our community again.

I understand all the great things Forma has done. What I don't understand is that with all that history under his belt, he mhs and is let off the hook due to him being former admin and that he has inside admin support. When a person becomes admin, they swear an oath to respect and moderate games according to what games they are assigned to. I, for one, have only seen Forma disrespect players, ENT admins, go into a non-bal apem game and do player shuffles, lie in ent chat to cyber about trying to get his dignity as a non-hacker. Forma said he didn't care if he was still banned, as long as his name is cleared from being known as a mher. I saw that conversation between Forma and Cyber, every excuse Forma brought out, Cyber shut it down. Now it seems different. Being admin, to my knowledge is being respectful, adult-like, and reasonable. I have read almost everything related to Forma, seen Cyber get angry for Forma kicking Kaiseiro, ent members off of the clan. Cyber asked him to come clean and all is forgiven, forma insisted that he was innocent. Now he comes clean after so many days to reflect on lieing to his ENT admins about his case. How can a person still be let off the hook so easily? Is it because he was former admin? Is it because he contributed to the ENT community for so long? If he did contribute for so long and had an outstanding record as admin with a good name, I would support his unban or reduced ban. I have only seen Forma thrashes anyone who doesn't support or agree with him. Examples would be Agreements trying to help forma's case. Forma went offensive and pissed Agreements off. Kaiseiro was kicked out of clan by forma and is obviously upset and doesn't support this. So many players on ENT does not see Formadawgs as a respectable player nor as an admin. Only forma's buddies do. People dislike him for a reason. In my honest opinion, formadawgs has done wrong with ENT players, done wrong with ENT admins, and now only begging for forgiveness because he realized he can't ride this out. I have played at least 3-4 games with or against formadawgs in my lifetime in ent bots. From those four games, I have seen him evolved from being appropriate to inappropriate. In all the games I have ever played with Formadawgs, he tries to stay sincere but shoots down and disrespects players who complain about him. Forma's famous saying, "See you in forums." finally bit him in the butt when DriedGrapes and Slowbro(me) got enough of his attitude. There is no excuse to maphack, even for a day, hour, minute, or seconds. There is no excuse for a former admin or admin to maphack and get reduced or unbanned. There is no excuse for a ENT Shaman(forma) to go and kick people and admins out of ENT clan. There is no excuse for Forma's attitude toward anyone who doesn't support his side. I've only seen formadawgs rage, complain, lie, and disrespect ENT players. If I were to find and have all the ENT players who formadawgs has done wrong with come and support his continued ban, I could find many. Formadawgs does not have a good rep or good qualities to be released back on admin staff. If he must be unbanned, then let it be. If he is to return or acquire powers again, I will certainly be back and watching carefully. I do not know what Forma's supporters see in him, but from the actual world inside, I, as a player, see's him as an abusive player with attitude problems. Formadawgs obviously doesn't care about the players at this time in his life, unbanning his buddies, supporting his hacking buddies, taunting people to come on ENT forums and get denied. What kind of admin(former) does this? A disrespectful one. The things you have done in the past does not reflect on what a person has gone and done now. If i were to save a bus full of little kids from drowning, I would be a hero and respected like a god. Then a few months afterward, I go on a killing spree in a mall due to whatever reason. Should I get my jail sentence reduced or removed? Heck no. Everyone should serve their time and move on from there. If Formadawgs do get unbanned, the integrity of ENT and the reputation of ENT admins definitely will be tarnished. Every player would feel that in order to get off bans, they just need to befriend admins or show support toward the ENT community only to continue cheating. If admins and players are truly different in a class system where bans are forgiven for admins but players suffer the complete consequences....where is the justice in that? Shouldn't everyone be treated the same, whether moderator or player? Shouldn't a moderator know better to not maphack than a player? I don't see any good enough reason to let Formadawgs off the hook. His tone of attitude and lack of honesty is something to really consider. The only ENT Staff member that I truly trust is Cyberpunk because he has the most sense of justice and fairness in here, but even he is supporting Formadawgs's return to ENT. I have more to say but got to head to class. I will write more later on as to why I do not support this reduced/unbanned sentence. Everyone is the same, there is no favoritism when it comes to injustice.

When you got in jail, when you did a time in, you can go out, with condition right? It's same for forma here's. HE gotta show to us that he changed. I don't support the back in staff, due to the trashtalk, swear word, flame and telling more more more. He's immature. That's true. He have anger issues. That's true. Still, people deserve a second chance sometime. And giving him maybe will change the way he's acting. If he goes wrong. Well, the ban will just be longer. Cyber is the one that banned him. Still, those who know forma know that he's a great person, you need to know him. I don't. Still I keep my trust over uak here. Uakf.b will be the one that will cut the decision. Forma did a lot of time called me joke, bitching me, etc. Such, it's internet. He don't know me, I don't know him. He can be a monster, or a nice guys, or geek w.e. Judging isn't good. So when he get pissed off. Just don't answer him. Nobody have to love other and take a beer with him. Anyone deserve is chance. If he flame, abuse you, report it. Knowing is past, he will get in trouble in the min.

For now, I said reduce the ban. Cause the thing is not of admin abuse or whatever (he will not get back in staff .. I hope), it's maphack. The biggest offense on EnT. You have to know this, and get that in mind. It's not like you mh and two day after you're unbanned. After 4 month or more, you can try asking a chance. Or something. ImO

That is correct i completely agree with you Nutz, but you forget the fact that he has not yet done his time. if forma is unbanned i hope all the other map hackers see this. im sure they will come bitch and moan too and say they wont hack anymore. im the one who reported him when i caught him. and btw Formadawgs also said "I dont care about being banned on ent i can go play on other bots. Edge, cash, bgn." i do wonder why he is still crying on here. if he is unbanned ill keep my eyes on him. i dont think he shold though. but if he does... i hope all the banned hackers see this approved appeal
