no reason left into the request:
in Game "[ENT] Legion TD Mega #36" (https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=8520130) we had two people being afk, at start... After some time one came back. Since there was still 1 person missing (at game start) we decided to draw the game, except "jackizback", the user who requested the ban... there was only 1 draw vote missing, before lvl 1 started. So we ALL decided to kick "jackizback", we pleased him to draw, but he didnt join in. After he got kicked the game was correctly draw, as you can see in the replay. If you ask me our team-decision was correct. Beacuse only 1 person wanted to play 4v4 with 1 afk, the others (including me get banned). Thats not fair. We followed the rules, the only person who deserves a ban is "jackizback". Please take a look at the replay and unban all false bans from the known game.:

@Hyperdmg Draw is a not mandatory, its a vote. You are therefor not allowed to kick people who dont want to draw.

the vote of 1 person is stronger than the vote of 5. thats your message..

socialism and democracy have no place in games. there is only vote and rules. forms of government do not apply.

General Rules broken by player "jackizback":

Do not ruin the game on purpose

It is possible to game ruin by being new. In this case, votekick will only be valid if the new player refuses to learn and cooperate. Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning.

For me a game of 4v4 with afk people is a ruined game. If he didnt draw, the game would be ruined on purpose. --> he didn't cooperate.
so im allowed to:

You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.

If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes.

When you initiate a !votekick, you should clearly explain "Who" and "How" the violator is game ruining via all chat.

--> the explaination ("How") was: he didnt draw to ruin the game on purpose (or beeing new and not cooperating).

This rule is absolute. Which means that a player has the right to decline a draw, for whatever reasons.
The situation you are in doesn't really matter.

Allright I understand that,

maybe you should extend the !Votekick rules then. My investigations still make sense with the current !Votekick rules.

Well, since !draw is not a mandatory, you simply cannot kick someone because he didn't draw.

His intentions could be to win a 3v4. His intentions could be to troll someone. Or he simply wanted to play that game.
It doesn't really matter. When it comes to not drawing, intentions don't play a part.

Which means, you cannot kick someone because he didn't draw.

Anyway. Since you've cooperated nicely, and this is your first rule violation, your appeal has been approved.
