Why you should be unbanned: because i'm not using it thats it all. i'm not forcing u to believe me but this looks to me very ridiculous since i'm not using it.

just to be fair.
he is currently lead opponent team in my tourney. we have like 2-3 games more to decide winner.

Imo 2, 3 teleports based on educated guess aren't enough for a mh ban. Previous reviews had way more timestamps.

I don't know all , but first tele kill of my courier is not maphack, i send my item . that is ez guess.

I looked at the 3 timestamps that beerlord listed,
1052: Common blink spot for running away, hero was moved towards that direction when blinking
2017: You can see arc through ward and other hero blink over there... and if he was mhing he wouldnt have dropped a obs ward before killing arc
2425: another common spot to run with blink, especially if you think they have an obs ward by that tier 2 tower on scourge bot lane. And why would he drop his obs ward in the woods? Why wouldn't he jsut rearm and tp over to him again?

and then there is these

2151 why doesnt he kill gray right now? if he is mhing and he has previous sight over gray and can justify going into the top woods to look for him
2324 if he was mhing why did he go above hill and not queue up attacks to 1 shot formless. as seen during prior parts of game he has ability to use spells fast, why wouldnt he do it now to kill arc if he had prior "mh" sight

I also have a few years of experience as an admin at other hosting sights and have processed hundreds of mh cases. If you look at his teleports they are the same all game. Always to someone in vision, never random. If anything his tp play is subpar compared to what it could've been. If he was mhing he also probably would've picked off pink a few times this game, as he was low in the woods a lot, but he never went for it. I'd love to see if there is more evidence to this ban than just these 3 timestamps. It seems a little rushed as there are ban requests from 10 days ago but this one is 2 days old and gets processed with just 3 time stamps, 2 of them being a complete joke and 1 being only slightly suspicious.

Ban rescinded.
