Why you should be unbanned: Only accidently afk once in more than 100 games on Battleship. Din't notice I got 3 days ban. Then got permanent ban while playing Risk Devo.

I received 1 year ban previously. Got unban and reported by the same player again just because I use the same account name. Now I change battlenet server and name to hide from that player. Why do I get another 1 year ban. This rules should not abuse by loser. I have many friends in ENT game and we are playing well. Loser and his gang lose to me. I play every game my best. Please tell me what should I do. Change the whole PC so that I can play again?

When I got 1 year ban previously from Battleship, I just play risk devo. Everything was fine. Until few months ago I asked for appeal and it was successful.
I play battleship again and met the same person who I beat him last time (his score 49/0) . I lose to him few times but manage to beat him 1 time with teammates who I never played with before. And because he remember me, he keep on report me but failed. One day, I was away when game run. I did not away purposely. It is less than 1% of my games. He report me and successful.
I do not know why Larz keep banning me just because of 1 game.
