No its not resolved when i join game it tells me

Did you change ISPs or thre location of where you're trying to play recently?

No i didnt change anything the only account i can play right now is Mr.A(west) all other account tells me I am Rangeban

You're able to play on that account because that is the account that has been whitelisted.

Do you wish to switch the whitelist to another account?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Your IP Range is banned due to someone using it to dodge.

Since you were proven innocent, you can have one account whitelisted. But that's the limit.
