Why you should be unbanned: I believe them asking for votekick was not really necessary... the player was not throwing the game... he is maybe new to the game but I dont see any reason of kicking him out as a new player... I believe i read that somewhere on the rules that you just cant kick somebody becuase hes a new player... when I was on that chat I even said that when he was at 0 kill 9 death i was at 1 kill with 9 death... that doesnt make it any onesided itself...

from what i remember there was a chat that i think teammate said he doesnt chat at all.. but he wasnt ruining it at all... hes just a bad player..

Although ENT does not ban for being new/bad, we do consider it game ruining when they do not listen to their teammates, nor take advice.
He was told to back up repeatedly before being ganked; which he refused to do, and he refused to mine any lane or any part of the map.
This was also made clear to the other team (you guys) that he refused to cooperate.

i wasnt quite aware of it... since i got my ass handed to me by their team and getting hard time creeping coz of techies mines...

infact it wasnt just me... even reaperssun was having problems at bot with me because of techies

me and reaperssun was at bot and because of techies we couldnt farm at all on woods...
the whole entire time we really thought theres lots of mines and we didnt ever dare kill bot tower
for that reason... before the runes pop out i almost died from his mines that was located in an ganking area
at woods at bot... that itself made me and reaperssun have hard time at bot... and yes ive seen tree was sending his
trees to scout for mines which techies had hard time too... with that itself i didnt vote because he has his own contribution
we were just more carefull at bot which ended up me going 1 kill and 9 death as obsidian destroyer since we have hard time at bot due
to techies mines which we got outfarmed and easily got ganked... techies did focus his mines on creeps and towers instead which made
it more harder for me after he killed luci with mines at bot and after trees were sending trees to destroy his mines... secondly i dont easily
vote coz a lot of people abuse votekick for people who they think sucks but was just having hard time with that specific game or getting
outplayed and ganked badly... even my teammate accused me in the very beggining of me being one which obviously my stats doesnt say so...
just to prove how dota players are...

@tino , will you be more careful in the future?

I think thats me being more careful unfortunately... just really thought the guy did have his own contribution to the game and not intentionally feeded...

anyways im gunna wait for 7 more hours to play... thx for you time...
