This isn't how it works. ENT bans are server-wide.

Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on another account, often by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP.

If you keep dodging your ban, you will never be unbanned. This should be clear.

I did not change IP and account. I still able to play other games.

Thats just it you are not supposed to play other games.
And you have changed your accounts.
