Banned after bnet patch crashes

Why are you banned: After the recent patch my wc3 kept crashing...Got autobanned for leaving
Why you should be unbanned: Sry for my teams in that games, but it's been technicals issues. Played a game today on entconnect and it worked. So i guess i keep playing this way and wont crash. Thanks in advance

Are you able to supply the crash log from the error file in the WC3 folder?

There are no current ones in \Warcraft III\Errors. Are they saved in any other location? All i got is the patch log that shows i tried to reinstall the standalone patch.
I could just screenshot it in case it happens again but basically it seems to be the error ent already posted on the homescreen. Error happened to me on both realms : USWest and Europe

BTW: Is there any solution for this problem yet?

Well the first time right after i installed the last patch. I think it was like 3 days ago. And it happend 3-4 times. Firstwith my accounts Riordian/YoloYolo on uswest. Then i tried to change realm to check out if this comes from the gateway i use but then i occured again on my new Acc GreatNewVers on Europe. Think it happened there 1-2 times.
The 3rd try was entconnect and i had no crash there this morning. Well and after that game I was banned because of my previous tries
