Unfair ban?

Why are you banned: Not votekicking someone? i think? im not even really sure
Why you should be unbanned: Im not even entirely sure why i was banned. someone else was being toxic apparently, and i didnt think it necessary to votekick him because i felt like it would be more beneficial to have him stay on the team. in fact i actually felt the other two were being extremely, extremely toxic towards him which is why i muted them. not entirely sure why i would deserve a ban, as well as 7 other players in the server. makes no sense to me

so i am banned because i thought that my other teammates were more toxic that the one that was banned.
so what i am learning from this ban is that no matter what i think or feel, i should votekick anyone or anything at any time?

if instead the person that was banned has requested a ban on the other players, then regardless of what i said or did, i would be banned.
plus the fact that 7 out of the 8 players were banned in the game makes no sense. did no one at all vote to ban? or is everyone just a victim.
the person that requested the vote was not the only person to votekick, why are all other players on the server getting a ban as well. i truly
just want to understand what to do in this situation. so what you are saying is that if i want to kick a player for toxicity, the rest of the server
should also kick that player or else the entire server shall get a ban? like what am i supposed to learn from this. i truly do not understand at all

like ok, i get it, i am supposed to votekick. but if you look at the conversations, the teammates were flaming him, so no wonder he wasnt happy.
they were also flaming me, so i decided to mute them in order to ignore the toxicity. because of that i have no idea what they said or did, just that
they wanted to kick him, and in my view he was just defending himself from 2 people that were harassing and flaming him

and now that i think about it more, i am even more baffled. I did vote to kick him, and if i did not, it was only because the game was going to end in the next few rounds so it made no difference. and the entire other team is banned too? how would they know that he had sold. this all just makes 0 sense

ok. i clearly am unhappy with my ban. if i had been flaming i would gladly accept that I was a terrible person and take the ban. If i had been toxic or passive aggressive in any way, i would gladly accept that i was a terrible person and take the ban. but instead, i was trying my upmost to ignore the toxicity of my teammates, and i still get a ban regardless, a ban as severe as the teammates that were very clearly flaming. I honestly dont care that i am getting banned, i care because i am getting such a severe ban, as much as the person flaming since round 1, and the guy trolling cuz the teammates were flaming him, all because i was doing my best not to be as toxic as they were

you have to kick him, because if you don't you are helping him TK. they were not flaming him, they just disagreed with his build.... then he trolled hard and threw game by destroying 2 lanes.

you could have stopped him, instead you didn't. if you had kicked blue, it would've gave West a legit chance to win. but you didn't. that's why you are banned.
