IMHO the disc /leaving Time-Ban should be regulated to 1 hour.
I myself have a very crappy INet-Connection of ~2Mb/s because of the dormitory i live in.
After several discs/leavings (5-10) it should be permanent.
We could really improve any Games quality by adding some more admins,
who will make sure if someone left on purpose or disced and oversee the games.

I don't think we would recruit more than 50+ moderators. Lol
