Why you should be unbanned: im not sure what happened at all, I was in a lobby fine, the game started and then I was put back to the menu screen. It never gave me a reason why I was booted from the game and I never made it into the game to be kicked by other players. I had full intentions to play this game out, not sure what happened :/

The game displays that you lagged out at 0.08 seconds. A possible reason for being booted out before the game starts is if you attempt to leave during the countdown, or maybe your internet disconnected during the countdown.
