Why you should be unbanned:
Hash lost item because titan killed his turtle. I fail to see how the item is not fair game at that point since he lost it due to his own incompetence. Titan could pull away the item (I don't remember if shield of might is killable by titan) and hide it especially since the titan allowed us over 3000 gold stolen before the game ended and clearly had no intention of winning. I shouldn't be forced to return items the owner threw away by himself.

You were asked multiple times to give back the item by 2 moderators and refused to, if you don't understand what you did wrong than I cannot unban you.

You're there to enforce the rules, not bend them to your will when you feel like you were personally wronged. You lost your item fair and square, I had no obligation to give it back to a neglectful owner.

Also giving someone a double punishment is unfair, as I was kicked from the game AND also banned. viewtopic.php?t=8154 On your own forum's rules it states it as reasons to temporarily ban OR kick a player for breaking a rule.

Now if you had read everything in the link that you posted above, you would understand the rules regarding item stealing

[spoiler=]If the player gave no contribution (Trapper = Damage dealer > unit blocker > slow/stunner > unit revealer (vision + eye of ocean)) to killing the chicken and/or minion, then he should not deserve the item and can be banned if they take it and doesn't return the item to the player upon request of the item owner. For items that don't concern chickens or minions, the item belongs to the player who bought the item, except in the case of the titan whereas the titan owns his minions, and can -kick colour at any time of the game.

I bought the item, therefore I am the owner of the item, and I gave you the opportunity to give me back my item multiple times, and you refused so you were kicked from the game. It's nothing personal if you break a rule, you will be banned for it. Also it is standard procedure to ban a player after they have been kicked from a game, so it wasn't "double punishment" as you claimed.

Does not apply to the titan who can -kick <colour> the minions.
The titan must ask the builders if anyone wants to take over and wait 20 seconds before committing suicide.

In conclusion if you do not understand that you broke the rules, I will not unban you.

@juKING I wouldn't put too much weight on a topic that's 4 years old. Especially when those rules were never even ENTs, they were the rules we used on BGN and when merged, suggested to ENT as well. If you want to find the real rules, they can be found from wiki.

Considering no response, I am going to process this.
