Why you should be unbanned: When i want to join a game the message "you are banned until 30.5." comes. when i check the requests or my entgaming profile everything seems okay. what happened?

Its a range ban. You need whitelisting.

first thanks for the fast response.
My frist account is opa_nuklear
my second is NacktAmPC but i estimate that this account is closed because of inactivity.
My last game was 14/05/2017, 15:11 (EST).

I mostly play Legion TD 1200+(95%)
Second its Legion TD Mega (4%)
and sometimes Legion TD euro(1%)
