CrackerJack Ban Appeal

Postby Squanto » Thu May 18, 2017 1:13 am

Your Warcraft III username:
CrackerJack

Realm/Gateway:
USEast

Why are you banned:
autobanned for d/c (has occurred multiple times in last few days)

Why you should be unbanned:
I was frustrated with constant D/C's so I looked into why my network was having random shortages. The technician who recently set-up my dualband connection put both my 2.4ghz and 5ghz connection under the same SSID. Thus, my wireless adapter card tried to continuously bounce between the two bands under the same SSID, which caused temporary disconnections. The problem has been fixed, I changed SSIDs to differentiate between 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz so my network adapter does not try to continuously bounce between the two bands. I know this is an autoban but I would hopefully like to be unbanned before the ban expires because my friend wants to play and by the time I will be unbanned ~12:30 AM EST, I will have to go to bed to prepare for work tomorrow.

I appreciate your time and understanding. Thank you.

Approved. @Squanto

You can try Gproxy DLL if the problem persists.

Having an unstable internet connection or a high risk of lagging out? Are you tired of losing a won game because you disconnected?
Do not worry, there are solutions to solve your problem!
    • ENT Connect is a on LAN connection based reconnection tool (no cd-keys needed).
    • GProxy++(Varlock) is a reconnection tool for the battle.net with an external prompt.
    • GProxy++ DLL is a reconnection plugin for battle.net (Recommended).
