Why is Jabba/any mod going through my game history and banning me for games he is not in and nobody reported me for? Is it suddenly moderators jobs to start making brqs on behalf of other people? This is ludicrous.

I have only had two brqs in the last two weeks-one from forgetting to build one round which is a non-ban-able offense and another from someone claiming I solo-sent (I didn't-two of us approved) and complaining about toxicity when I IGNORED HIM FROM THE GET-GO!

You can see that while yellow initially voted no, he then changed his mind and said "wars". Two yes, two no is not a solo-send. And if you read the LTD rules, even a solo-send is not necessarily ban-able. Repeated solo-sending/not cooperating with team is ban-able. For example, viewtopic.php?f=24&t=111763
Two of my teammates solo-sent on Saturday and yet neither got a warning or a ban.

If someone is bothered by trash talking, the ignore function exists for a reason. If someone is trolling/trashing me and, I don't want to engage with them, in two seconds I can not do so. Banning any player that trash talks is an insane ENT over-reach that would result in nearly every player being banned. Trash talk is a part of gaming and should not result in a ban unless it is preventing teamwork. And reporting it on behalf of non-aggrieved players who did not even file a brq is a mod crusade that is entirely inappropriate. We need a blanket ban on filing reports on behalf of other players-it is a terrible practice and should not be encouraged.

@undeadkingpr I was in one of the games mentioned in Jabba's ban and do agree with it being one of the ones listed. Forcing sends, flaming, VK abuse, and trolling are bannable. You also have a history of every game ruining, flaming, and trolling offense applicable to LTD.

Banning a trash-talking player who flames and is constantly spamming is not an over-reach by any means. Your argument around the ignore function is invalid as it is not a valid reason to deny a ban request for flaming/ spamming if it is a teammate (has not been for a couple months at least now). Also, excessive flaming/ overly insulting comments are also not covered under !ignore seeing as everyone sees it unless they ban you from the start.

Regarding your use of !ignore, I have seen you use it for no good reason - someone simply does not agree with you so you opt to hinder teamplay by using it.

Given your history, I would encourage you to think about your behaviour and re-evaluate. Since it is Jabba's ban, I will defer to him, but if it were up to me, I would deny your appeal and ask that you try again in a month once you have had time to think about your behaviour.

^Regardless, it not Jabba's duty to go through my saved games and make reports on behalf of other players. Whether or not my team considered my actions to be flaming or force sending is not known as none of them made any brqs in any of the games he highlights except the two examples I addressed above.

I got no response for 39 seconds leading me to believe people were OK with it. Yet again, as I mentioned above, a single solo-send is not inherently ban-able. It is a pattern of single-sending/not working with team that should and does earn a ban.

Probably did not wait long enough for response in this one, but there was only 15 seconds left before R1 and all 4 teammates were 2-0. All teammates but red sent warrs.

Borlodo started the VK, not me, and our entire team approved it because Taco appeared to be trolling us and was afk often (which IS a kick-able offense). Tacos behavior/play was so bad that the entire lobby voted yes. To be noted, I have never been VKd from a game for trolling.

Saying I am "excessively flaming" in this game is pure absurdity. Throughout the game, I only said something every 1-2 minutes and there was exceptionally little flaming (maybe two messages total which are one word each). So what is not excessive flaming? One word?

In all the rest of the LTD games, Jabba is just quoting me and DirtyMofo flaming each other for fun. If he considered it excessive flaming, he should report it. But he didn't. Jabba went through my games and reported it for him.
In #35 there is no flaming at all other than two all chat messages.
In #25 there is two all chat messages and teammates actually said they liked it

In the Island Defense game, yet again there is exceptionally little flaming. I had two all-talk messages.

You are setting the bar SO LOW for "excessive flaming" it is absurd. In a 45 minute game, you think an all chat message every 20 minutes is "excessive flaming". Do you really want me to go through your games with that standard? In all of the games you pulled, with the sole exception of the MOFO game, there are 0-3 flaming comments in a 20-45 minute game. If you want to enforce this insane standard on me particularly, and noone else in the ENT community, you should re-write the rules to read "no flaming WHATSOEVER".

And yet again, no-one in all of these games but Slim Shady reported me and Slim was ignored at 1:37 so not much of an argument even there. It should NOT be the moderators job to go back through my game, lobby chat logs looking for excuses to ban me.

Well, I dont know the specifics of the ban topic you are appealing, but I can tell you that I frequently browse unreported games for rule violations. Probably one third of my maphack bans are found this way.

Personally, I don't think you deserve a chance at being unbanned with that attitude of yours, seeing that the very moment you do get unbanned, you automatically go back to doing what you got banned for in the first place.

I went through your ban history and found 19 (!!!) bans for toxicity/spamming since 2015 in total. I did not count the other violations, such as solo sending. You have to try damn well to make us believe you're not gonna continue with this behavior.

After seeing such record it is pretty obvious why Jabba did that. How can we believe you're not gonna do that again after if we unban you now, when you're not even able to admit your violations?

undeadking is right. mods shouldnt be crusading and banning with no report. if someone didnt report it then they didnt care enough or think it was a problem worth reporting. whats toxic or flamming can be pretty subjective and really shaky to ban for especially if you are crusading so how can you ban for something like that with no report

Really he got permabanned for flaming? That seems so excessive. There are plenty of players that flame constantly and nobody bats an eye, seems unfair to permaban just cause a mod decided to browse his game history and look for every instance of "flaming" and punish him for it. Some of the most toxic players I know are lihl, why don't you go browse looseyourself's history and see if he deserves the same? By the standards used for some of his "flaming" maybe 1/3 of all mega players should receive perma bans as well

^Chudat and Clan are correct. Going through people's ban history looking for an excuse to ban them is such an over-reach for a mod.

Bez, if you look through my games you will actually see that I rarely hard-flame . 90% of my bans are similar to the ones I addressed above where I had 2-3 all chat messages in the entire game. 5 of those 19 bans are from Klaa.Hoebell who reports me in every game we have together-even when I ignore him in lobby to avoid such things. In the last ban, my entire offense was one !slap command and I got two months for it. ENT does not treat any other player like this and it absurd.

Regardless, I have dialed my flaming/trolling way back in the last year to avoid any valid reports. Go through the games Jabba linked and see for yourself. In every game, with the exclusion of the MOFO game, my entire trolling activity is one to three all messages in a 45 minute game. That is an EXCEPTIONALLY small amount of trolling.

Yeah ltd is a chill game too, it's pretty common for me to flame all game with a couple of other players just for entertainment and I've never been banned for it. Anyone that reports for flame, unless it's belligerent flame that is hindering teamplay, is a total pussy

I just support this Ban of @Jabba41 ... UndeadkingPr is Toxic every game and he never will learn it... nobody need such players here... i would support his appeal if he get a better behaviours... I learned my lesson and dodge this guy...

With all your bans from requests alone, it averages once a month. That is just the games reported. The only person to blame is yourself.

Request denied. You can re-appeal in two months. In which then your appeal can be looked at for a reduction. Until then, wait out your ban and learn to play nice.
