Why are you banned: Maphacking, Laghacking
Why you should be unbanned: I'm pretty much just re-appealing because I forgot the time I was told when I should re-appeal. I think someone told me to either reappeal in 4 or 6 months time from the ban. So, here I am, wondering whether I'd be allowed to play on ENT bots again after taking a 4 month timeout- Getting back into W3 is kinda difficult without ENT, ya know, so I'ma just try it.

Indeed I understand.
A ban is a ban, justified so, dodging said ban resulted in me/others showing that I, or anyone who dodges a ban, didn't acknowledge the rules I, or they, broke, same thing for the ban itself. Banning for maphack/laghack etc; Pretty obvious why ENT bans for that. They can result in competitive advantage, allow for an unfair gameplay, as well as, in the case of laghack, completely ruin the game/fun for anyone involved.

And you wont dodge further bans adn use third party programs?

Indeed. I promise not to use third party programs anymore, nor will I dodge a ban if I happen to get one again for any reason.

Did you delete all those programs?

What do you think a fair penalty would be if you were caught using them again?

Yeah, I deleted those programs alongside with a general fresh install of Warcraft, but that was directly after I was banned.

A fair penalty, I don't know really - probably something along the lines of doubling the time I was banned for. Anything else there could be? Perma bans aren't given out I think, so increasing the time by 2 or 3 is something I could see. Is there anything else that one could get as a penalty? I don't know tbh.

I can't recall if our deal was 4, 5 or 6 months either. Given your cooperation, i believe 4 is enough.
