Why you should be unbanned: Not only do I wish to be unbanned. I would like to know what possible facts could have made a moderator come to the conclusion that I did this, which leads to him banning me FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR. I 100% have never ban dodged or anything of that nature. Just a couple weeks ago a mod bans me instead a different person's account, entirely by mistake. Now my account is just casually banned for an entire year, not for something that could be an ambiguous decision, but instead is COMPLETELY BLACK AND WHITE. I either dodged, or I didn't. And I 100% did not dodge. So why am I banned for it?? And now you make me waste my time writing this appeal, to get unbanned for something I never did. I demand to hear what information you thought you had that was sufficient to throw down a ONE YEAR BAN onto me. Plz enlighten me with these facts. You treat every ENT player like me? Ban for no reason when they did nothing wrong? FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR?! Can there be consequences for moderators banning people for an entire year with zero evidence to back up his claim? If so I nominate this mod that banned me, FalenGa, to be reviewed for such means.

How am I suppose to prove my innocence? I would bet a large amount of money that this picture that you claim is evidence against me, was completely falsified by the accuser. He was probably salty that the other teammate he reported didn't get a ban, or that my ban wasn't longer or something. Refer to that discussion between them here -> viewtopic.php?f=8&t=112717. Which is how I got banned for vk abuse.

Idk how to prove to you the smack account isn't mine. I do challenge you to observe the time of day the smack account tended to play and the game variants. I have never played a Legion 1v1, and I've probably played a couple thousand games lol. never once played a 1v1. Half it that account's games are 1v1s. Also half of it's games are at 5-6 in the morning. I never play that time of day. I go to bed at reasonable hour to be at work by 630am everyday.

Also what the whispers are claiming aren't even possible. How could he follow him into games and ruin them on an account he just made? He wouldn't be able to follow him into 1200+ lobbies. Also if you truly wanted to ruin games for someone, you wouldn't want to tell them before hand, or else they would just leave lobby if you went to their team? Doesn't make any sense....

To respond to this. If you told me my options were to either stay banned for a year, or "admit" it was me and ban get reduced to a week or something. I 100% refuse to admit to a crime I did not do. I'd rather stay banned for entire year than admit to something I never did and had nothing to do with.

This is a program I have on my computer that tracks the time I spend using different programs / applications. Here you can clearly see me play wednesday around 10am-noon. I log in thursday around 11am for less than a minute (55 seconds). Which is how long it took me to join a lobby and discover I was banned. Then you can see me get back on warcraft3 later that night (around 9pm) once my ban was lifted.
