banned for refusing to kick a player even though i kicked the player

Why are you banned: refusing to kick
Why you should be unbanned: even though i kicked. A player on the other team was trying to tk his team in legion td but our side could not see what was going on until 7 when we kicked him but they banned me for not kicking him even though im the one who started the votekick and the other team tried to kick me after.
