We can switch the whitelist from europe to useast if that is what you want, but we wont give you a 2nd whitelisted account, because of our policy.

can i ask why? since time ago i played on both.

It is the policy, I guess there was either no range on you yet or a mod made a mistake by giving you two. Since the whitelist was updated lately, it might have been removed when someone noticed it was accidentally given twice on the same person..if that was the case to begin with.

is it possible to conduct a survey on this? because I would like to play lihl and also ladder in useast and at the same time play in north as i have always done for so many years -.-

A survey? I don't quite understand. A survey among staff whether more than 1 whitelisted account should be given out or a public survey for the ENT-community? Both wouldn't change a thing.
