Why are you banned: afk final few minutes of game.
Why you should be unbanned: I didn't intentionally go afk to ruin game. I have a 4 month old baby that woke up and was hungry. The wife woman didn't make extra bottles so I had to make him one. I was counting the minutes in my head to get the milk bottle done and rush back to the game before afk timer pops up but was a bit too late and i got afkkick by time. Wasn't intentional game ruining by going afk. I've been playing years now and it has been my 2nd offense only due to actual matters. It's been 3 days now and I am requesting to get my ban lifted sooner. Thank you.

How long did it take to heat up the formula? I dont recall that being a 5 minute job.

well the lady left the bottles unwashed so i had to was and rinse, then get the formula, fill it, heat it, and then made sure baby was okay in the crib while eating before rushing back to the game. It's not just give and go. I'm sure you understand it. Had to make sure baby was okay as well.
