Let me explain ! my real acc is "invalid_alien", the one i have always been playing with !! i few months ago i created another acc for my 8 year old son, named "crazy_angler"... i had requested he never play on ENT servers since the wifi in his room is horrible, and he gets many disconnections... i just learned he did since i cant play with my real acc .... after checking up i saw he got banned on ENT servers !!! i realy apologise for this, he wont play on ENT anymore... meanwhile i would appreciate my acc get un banned as soon as possible!! thank you for your time

Yep you guys have same alias with a lot of games and very good stay rate on your main. I can tell its someone else playing on crazy_angler by different variety game played on the user banned, while your main plays only dota. Banned removed, tell your son not to leave.
