i can't remember to kicked someone without any reason by vote and i cant find any post in forum for this ban by thinu, i'd be happy to get informed why i am banned for real and i would like to have the game replay and what the admin saw there

i can only remember one game vs. "mazer" he flamed from beginning and didnt want to kick an afk player, we told him - he didnt kick - refuses to kick for his own advantage and then the afk left and he kept on flaming and insulting so we kicked him cause he was about to ruin the game

so as u can read in chat already, we said hes afk, he refused to kick and started insulting - now 3 players get banned? btw i saved the game for a topic ( i dont get good along finding games in here and so on so i just save and show later - sorry was my mistake )

oh even better - Mazer wanted to kick skalling aswell - for no reason, just because he didnt like him

i'd be happy if u can unban all 3 players and maybe give Mazer a break for this toxic gaming...

You started votekick before he could have known the player is afk. He voted !yes when he saw he leaks ALL units. You threatened him with a ban for no reason whatsoever, so he ironically said OJ is afk, kick him. Difference is he didn't actually do it.

This is 100% tru, you had no valid reason to kick him. He didn't break any rules.
Orange player tried to save you 3 from doing something stupid, by not letting VK pass, but than he left and you took advantage of the fact than now less votes been required and bluntly kicked a guy.
The fact you try to defend obviously lost position, doesn't help here. You and teal were toxic there.

PS You can't make an appeal for another player. And in your appeal don't banrequest other people, we have a forum section for it.

and i already made a request in forum, and yes we kicked him for keep beeing toxic yes - i played serveral games with him and his language is toxic, and at a time everyone got enough of those toxics

I can see yours "blue is afk", so could he. Taking a random player word for it actually being true? That's different sort of thing. He voted asap he could confirm you are telling the truth, he also even offered a draw.
Please do highlight me him starting VK against orange player. He wasn't by any mean toxic in THIS particular game. You were.

as i see he didnt start it, it was jsut in my mind - im sorry for this failure of mine, this was one of my reasons beside insulting and toxic for the votekick.

and he didnt vk him asap - he even said we earn gold etc and didnt want to kick cause he thought we would take the advantage, and yes we did not need the draw, because we are playing for fun not for winning or losing, and everyone else wanted to keep on with the game

He seemed fine to keep going on with the game, until he was abusively kicked out of it.
If you seem to be so fragile in terms of being offended use !ignore, don't kick a player who don't break any rules.
he has no obligations to kick afk "ASAP" because someone is saying so, he is very welcome to gather evidence.

minions join at 1:10 at 1:20 he sees them running asap down the middle, he offered draw before the kick at minute 3 - cause advantage as i mentioned

he kicked all was good, but then he threat at least green to report him ( his team member ) - thats when green vk him - because enough is enough

u really want players who insult with - bitch dummy sore loser punk and so on really on ur servers? thats what u accept, but not kicking them for all those reasons?

i really know u got a hard job to find out who is right and wrong - because i did that job a really long time at DE servers aswell, and i think i know the difference between toxic and offence good.

i just hope u wont accept this kind of players on ur servers and further more accept if all others want to kick toxic players like them

i know i did wrong in saving a game and i excuse myself for missthinking he started the vk on orange, but i dont think that kicking a toxic insulter is wrong, im pretty sure u would say same... and if u dont think this is insulting, if i translate those words in my language - it definitly is!

If you know the job, u should know we can't let 15 different mods decide who gets banned for 1 word. I wouldn't ban anyone for dummy or bitch, if you find any mod who would, you can see how messy banrequest and appeal section would be. Excessive flaming isn't tolerated. This? This is hardly flaming.
I am sorry, but I can't see a way we can move on with this appeal. You claim your VK was not abusive. I strongly disagree. I am going to deny it. Feel free to repost it asking for another mod opinion.
