In your last appeal, you also state the same thing, the fact that automatic windows updates caused you to leave/caused your computer to restart, which is fair.

So I ask, how can we be sure that this won't happen again?

I just got a new laptop and wasn't aware that you could set automatic updates to be approved before starting. So I enabled that feature

I can accept that, and your stay rate is still as high as before. Unbanned.
