Im guessing this was the game in connection that you disconnected from https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=9986366 , however your ban seems to have expired by now (since you have played afterwards that as well) @harib0

Also you can always try using gproxy (It's a reconnection tool that can help you avoid disconnecting, as it allows you to reconnect to the game) - gproxyDLL recommended
