@thegreatbadoneUnfortunately shared IP is shared responsibility. Your brother will have to make an account on here and appeal his ban on his own

It is unfortunate that you have to take responsibility for his actions also, but if he is your brother i'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to get him to post an appeal real quick.
