All the times I have been banned is because I have been disconnected and was out of my control. Especially for the most recent one, my internet went out as the countdown started. Stupid telstra. Was hoping you can help as it is not my fault I disconnect sometimes

it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the sufficient and effective internet connection before joining a game. You are part of a team once you join these games and thus, are affecting your team directly as well as the opponent - who may want an even game. If you are getting disconnected frequently lately, stop joining games until it settles down. If you are getting short bursts of disconnections, download gProxy.

It is very rare it happens, have notified telstra about it and they came out today to fix this issue. So fingers crossed it is resolved

You need to fix your connection and stop leaving games. There are multiple games where you left after leaking round one. Wait the ban out and get gproxy to see if it helps your connection.
