The Eastern side lead by kauteros@europe lead the vote on clandgap, with Kauteros and clandgap constantly fighting. Some of Kauteros' accusations started to ring true, especially in-light of some of clandgap's trollish banter in the lobby and if I recall, odd behaviour, unsporting banter, in the previous game we played against a team with him in it.

If anything this is a dodgy report from a guy who arguably deserved to be dropped. He's exploited the ENT forums to get the rest banned. On our side, West, we delayed to give them a chance and if you check the replay, I even queried and suggested he 'seemed to be' playing alright, with he building the tower to defend, albeit just a tad too late. All the flaming and calls to kick were from East and their constant infighting in chat that was posted to 'all' so our side was seeing it. It painted a narrative that one of clandgap or Kauteros were disruptive as we had played with Bonghead before and he's okay. Bonghead's POV you will see the truth here and perhaps check it out on the replay. If you view what East was doing, you can judge for yourself.

Also, incidentally browsing the forums to find the link/answer as to why I'd been banned and how to appeal it, I found this curious submission from an LTD game too, from the same player:

Perhaps the evidence stacking against him that he's a troll here and/or exploiting/testing ENT's boundaries and he's done so here, to essentially troll and ban 5 players, atleast 3 who were going by the word of our opponents and going by the actions and fighting, it appeared they had a right to want to kick him.

Incidentally too, we lost - we did the 'right thing' the sporting thing and did as they asked and they won. We lost a player to disconnect later and the game was a bust - I argue the whole game should be a draw or result wiped though I'm not sure you have the power to do that. So not only did our team lose and lose -23.41 ELO, but our team banned 5 days too, to a guy kicked by his own team mates, from the winning team!

I think you need to check into your mod team too, as the guy who agreed to it (Matdas), didn't check the game's circumstances, the replay, properly.

BTW In checking the replay, you even see our side, West, agreed to -draw the round after that troll was kicked, in fairness to Kauteros and Bonghead who we disadvantaged. If anything, I think all their side should be banned and Clandgap especially so. Kauteros was nagging us to kick and later to draw and we gave in to play fair. That kauteros was flaming too and deserves his ban. Bonghead didn't discourage and should keep is ban too.

Still don't understand how a team who behaves like that, their kicked player gets us all banned and the other two win the game - after our fair play and initial advantage. Maybe you'd agree we were 'suckers' to their trolling in all this mess, but they exploited our naivety to play fair and I trusted Bonghead's judgement given previous games with him.

Trolling happens. Its the internet. I can be one of the biggest trolls out there.

He did not deserve to be dropped at the point in the game. If he was exploiting the forums, the ban request would have been denied. Good, you waited out one votekick, however, you voted for the second and it passed. You are responsible for your vote. In this case, it was found that it was a wrongful vote. The narrative is that one or both are being disruptive. However, after viewing the replay, I found that neither were disruptive, just that Clandgap was a complete noob. He built a kodo after someone already built a tank. He disabled it like he was asked. He was then asked to build AA, which he didn't know what his AA was, so they told him AA tower. So he waited for the gold. They called for an RS, and spammed saying to use RS. However, since you can see that he is a noob, he was going to wait for the hall to be low HP, like many new players do. He did build an AA tower when he had the gold. He did cancel it once, because it was going to get destroyed, but then built it again. Albeit it was late, but he did build one.

This has no merit to the current case.

Again, if he was pushing the boundaries of ENT, he would get no solace from me. Each person is responsible for their own vote. In this case, I found that he was not at the point of being kicked. He listened. He stopped kodo and built AA tower. Granted he waited to use RS, but a noob would wait.

Congrats on drawing. Though it is not mandatory to do so. Game will not be erased nor wiped. Because the team won/loss has no merit in this case.

Checked it just fine. If you feel I did something wrong, you can post a complaint.

Sportsmanship is encouraged at ENT. Out of fairness, I do believe it is harder to judge from an opponents side, making it a difficult decision.

You had the right mindset to keep the game fair. I do believe you deserve an un ban. It is based on the fact you are on the opposing team, and in CF, it is most difficult to determine the intent of a game ruiner, or in this case, a new player (across his accounts he has approximately 15 games of CF)
