Why you should be unbanned: i was haunted by disconnection issues after i updated to win 10 as mentioned in previous appeal, which resulted in me disconnecting in multiple games, i have continuously been looking for solution and found gproxy which i am currently using untill yesterday when i check back online at my ban appeal to be shock that my ban was extended for 1 year, for "dodging " ban. to be clear i do not understand what you mean by dodging a ban , sorry no offense , as i followed the steps and even your one of ENT gaming staff suggested me to try gproxy. no other VPN or whatever funny tools were used ( in fact i suck at those stuff though i knew something like VPN exist ). so why am i being accused of ban dodging when clearly what i did was happen to be a suggestion by ENT staffs?

Ban dodging is changing IP to avoid a ban. You were banned, your ip changed, and you joined a game knowing you were banned.

Hi Chew,
i would like to highlight i did not change my IP in the first place, i am overseas working and is using my handphone hotspot internet to play games during the night , so there s no way my IP can be changed at least not intentionally . Secondly i did not know of "ban dodging" before this happened, i just followed steps provided to install and play on g proxy simple as that. I want to clarify that there wasn't any intention of dodging a ban.

As you probably understand given the 1 year ban, dodging is serious offense, very heavily penalised.

Intentions do matter, but ignorance of the rules does not. You knew you were banned ( had an appeal going, and you got the message you're banned several times while trying to join ), yet you changed accounts and IP, and played. Perhaps the IP change was not intentional, but the result is the same.

Have you since familiarised yourself with ENT's rules and policies, so you can avoid repeating the same offenses?
Could you please link the one you broke here?

and the line that was broken is" Do not dodge your bans. Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on another account, often by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP. Dodging is considered a major offense equal to maphacking."

Given your history consists of only auto bans, and i do believe everything you said so far, i would like to offer you a deal.

Do not try to dodge your ban any further, and reappeal 7 days from now. It goes without saying that if you are caught dodging again, this deal will not be valid.
