Why are you banned: dropped/lost connection
Why you should be unbanned: I have gproxy and it didnt reconnect me as I don't know why. Maybe I have it extracted into wrong folder or something. I never lost actual internet connection only b.net

(10:20 / All) Decontamination: uvb has lost the connection (timed out) but is using GProxy++ and may reconnect.
