You were basically trolled, game wasn't drawn at that point (jaQx impersonated the bot, faking the draw message) - In the future, before leaving, try to !undraw/!draw - that way you can be sure if the game is actually drawn or not.

Anyways just wait for a moderator's response regarding the unban

@benfromwork An easy way to avoid this is to keep an eye out for the first person that joined the game, as the bot will relay commands/bot chat through them.
