here in his final response the admin admits that he was in the game that he banned others from and then refused appeals on. I request another admin review this action. "3) Not every other player voted - yellow and I did not vote - does not require 100% response to draw a game" I want the association to be noted that this player is admitting the player submitting the ban request Is IN FACT THE ADMIN MASQUERADING AS SOMEONE ELSE!!! So in this game we have someone who admitted he wasn't paying attention and is banning people who refused to play a game short because someone mysteriously dropped before the game began on the team opposite his. What kind of operation are you running here?

so where did the admin abuse his power there?

the admin wrote the request under an assumed name. Judged it and responded to the appeal and closed the appeal without allowing another admin to review or respond. This is admin abuse. While specifically requested in the appeal that another admin review the actions taken. And as the admin admitted to be playing and submitting Ban Requests under an assumed profile other than his own how are we to know that Reponses generated here are not his?

You can find them on our wiki.

That way, we can ensure another rule-violation by you, caused by not-knowing the rules, will not happen again. After linking us to the rules, we expect you to have read them. Cooperating with us will have a positive effect on your ban duration.

And just to add, an admin banning someone is not admin abuse. An admin also denying an appeal is not admin abuse, and you are allowed to have your 2nd opinion in a new appeal and I'll be happy to help you

1) "Masquerading as someone else!!!"? That makes no sense at all...

2) As a moderator, I am well within my rights to ban someone from a game that I am in. As mentioned before and as @daisy mentioned, you have absolutely no grounds for this - you votekicked me and I did not break any rules. As per your last appeal, please read the rules in detail so that you understand them and the rationale behind this ban, then copy and paste the relevant rules below. If you fail to do this again, I will just deny the appeal and you can sit out the duration of your ban - you have had multiple chances already.
Also, I find it hard to believe that you are not familiar with the rules by now as you have submitted many ban requests.

3) "Someone mysteriously dropped before the game began" - I assume that you are accusing me of it. If I were to kick someone, there would be a system message retrievable and visible in the replay.

this is a case of an admin did not like being kicked so he is throwing a tantrum and banning everyone who does not bow before him as he shoves rules down everyone's throat because he at his own admission was not paying attention to the game he was in. So you are closing the appeal that is accusing you of admin abuse before another admin can respond? One more for the archives of abuse of power by a little man. And as I stated earlier as proven by your own admission you are using multiple accounts to interact on this ban. So there is nothing proving that @daisy is not another of your multiple accounts until you divulge exactly which accounts are associated with your IP address. And if the account that requested my ban (as you admitted is you) does not have the same recorded IP address that you have then I have my proof of Admin Multiboxing. Chew would you be so kind as to review that? I would also like it noted for the record that he had my profile banned permanently form ENT chat some time ago making access to other admins impossible and has personally deleted several Complaints I have filed against him in the past year.

We have not heard his second opinion on the appeal. And the proof has all been provided. There is no theory. You have condemned yourself. Now where is the authority to tell you that you have done wrong? Or is there never any such thing? Are the IP addresses the same or is he multiboxing? Please review my complaints he has removed. And why are you interfering with an investigation into You? Suddenly the profile stats of the accuser have been wiped but his game flag is showing Canadian while the Admin Shows up as USEast.

False analogy. Nobody realistically expects a judge, jury and executioner. You got banned in a clear cut black and white scenario, it's not supposed to take separation of power and multiple independent investigations to deal with this.

This sums it up. You never specifically asked for a 2nd opinion in your first appeal, so amnon processing your appeal was no abuse.

When it comes to this very appeal, your second opinion goes as follow; Go read our Votekick Abuse rules and drop your diva attitude. Once you're ready to have some hindsight on your own actions, you may re-appeal.
