Why are you banned: I got disconnected during a game. Seems to have been ISP, since my computer completely lost connection and then it came back up a couple minutes later with no action from me. This never happens to me (as you can see its the first DC I've had) and I was really bummed it happened. I was 2-0 with Thrall and my team was winning.
Why you should be unbanned: I am otherwise very consistent with staying and don't expect this freak connection problem to repeat.
