@ZaM, I will I will make it easy for you with reasons why I should not be banned one by one with numbers. It may get long, but with your responsibilities as a staff, you are obligated to read this anyways.
Teamkill
1. Although not entirely efficient, I built what I could to not leak, likewise you commented "he does nothing wrong in building the units he wants as he doesn't really leak much".
2. At level 14, I sent whelps because obviously, as you commented, "he doesn't push like his teammates told him to". First of all, not sending as a team is totally ban-able, but I sent as a team with around the 300 lumbers I had. Moreover, I sent with the team for other levels, and upped the King when the team upped the King. Why only look at level 14 when I could not send as much as team could?

Now, lets delve into this part, "he doesn't push like his teammates told him to". I have my own right to push, and not pushing is not a teamkill obviously. I can build whatever units I want to build and push whatever amounts I want to, as long as I do not leak to the extent it kills the game.

The way this game works is if someone makes an opinion of sending, or upping the king or any other means of team effort, other people agree or disagree to that opinion, and of course, choosing individually what units to build and deciding how much to push does not go under the category of team effort, thus they do not fall under the category of non-cooperation. As you said, if "refusing to upgrade lumber to piss his teammates off" works, can I get pissed off for someone pushing too much to make my upgrade look relatively small? I purely decided going 3/6 would not affect our chance of winning, so I chose to do so and you cannot do anything about it. If you seriously think there should not be freedom in choice of units and push, you should seriously consider living in totalitarian nations like North Korea.

Trolling
1. The definition of 'trolling' means you do something in game to harm the gameplay of other teammates which would eventually culminate to the loss of the game overall. If you go by that definition, I did not troll, just made the ban requester angry just like he did to me at the start of the game where I did not even start to talk. @ZaM, Please try to change your biased mind and catch the instances of flaming and threatening through these chats. The main point is, I did not start this whole mess, did not want the game to be like this, and did not want to hear continuous patronizing, pushy orders from a teammate after I explicitly exhibited my dissent multiple times nicely.

2. The ban requester claims "we only won because enemy team was noob"; if you feel there are no problems in this rather condescending sentence, you have big problems too. Who is he to decide someone is noob or not? I did what I could under my talent to build units and push in order to win, and we won the game rather comfortably. Thus, you have no right nor logical reasons to punish me for not using my full ability.

Indeed, I did act like I was a total noob, and it was purely because they treated me like a noob from the very first minute of the game, so if you empathize with the ban requester, please try to empathize with my feelings for being pushed around like a tide pod inside the laundry machine.


Conclusion
If you want to be a proper administrator, try not to be biased and illogical, as your insensitive actions would make the whole experience of this fun game into a horrible one.

I would have totally accepted this ban if you banned me according to my aggressive words, but for other reasons like "the annoying part is how he acts like a noob just to provoke his teammates" as you said, it is totally unacceptable. Please do not write opinionated diction like "annoying" since you as a staff need to stay neutral and make decisions according to the laws made here. Try imagine a judge saying diction like "annoying" in the court to the juries and the suspect - you will decorate the headline of tomorrow's Fox News.

This got unnecessarily longer than I expected due to rhetorical repetition, but I tried my best to make it as short as possible so that the person of your intellect can understand this. And yes, this is what you actually call 'provoking', and I hope you now get the proper meaning of the word, @ZaM. Since I did use aggressive words, I do not expect the ban to get lifted, but at least try to think once more when you process ban in the future. The moderator banned you for intentionally tk and trolling, which is fair and square. You should take this time to rethink your behaviours and actions on how to work with team. Else a game ruiner like you will run loose after the ban expires, provided that you do not dodge.

Refusing to cooperate isn't tied to those things in the rules. You are not the one who decides what is refusing to cooperate and what is not. That is the moderator's decision on a case to case basis.

Chat makes it clear your intentions. Playing badly on purpose is TK, you are not a noob and were simply trolling.

Doesn't matter if he provoked you. You chose to broke the rules and he did not. We don't make exceptions just because someone made you angry.

Please reconsider the definition of "Game Ruiner" or something similar, like game whatever only applies when you eventually lose a game due to that person's actions. As I stated above, and again reiterated by @Zeratul, I knew what I was doing is not tk (is it teamkill? I am not familiar with the term) since I clearly knew my combination of units and push of lumber would not make us lose. To sum up, not listening to your 'opinion' isn't same as being a "Game Ruiner"; I was a game ruiner only to you, since you were just frustrated that other person disagree to your opinion, just like a baby who always believes what you think is always right.

Let's go back to the initial problem. Yes, you and Red suggested that Young Frost Dragon was better and I clearly disagreed to that multiple times, and you kept on provoking me by going back to my build problem, unnecessarily making comments after I re-rolled. Care to explain? As I stated on the original post, I can build whatever units and push I want to as long as it does not affect the game result; I just did not agree to your opinion and that's it.

does not mean I used all my might to win the game. Adding to that sentence, I said,

Do you seriously think this is the right way of telling someone's free roll was much better? Besides the unasked unnecessary comments you made, please reconsider how immature you are.

Long story short, please just get this concept straight: Disagreeing to a opinion is not tking, nor trolling.

As I said in the conclusion of the original post, I did use swearings and aggressive words, so I should get banned according to the swearings and aggressive words I have used, but then you are not free from the likewise flaming.
