Why you should be unbanned:

A false dodging allegation has been made against dsfgrrw@useast.battle.net, coco@useast.battle.net due to an unfortunate misleading statement by an official ent moderator. A discussion was had in relation to the supposed ban in the official island defense discord (Azeroth, https://discord.gg/nFW5Hj) in which an ent mod gave word that the player in question was NOT banned and was indeed free to play. This message was passed on by myself to dsfgrrw@useast.battle.net to which acknowledgement was received. A second comment was made several hours later by another ent mod, however I was not online at this time (oceanic timezone) so I was not able to relay this message to the player. Onus in this circumstance should fall on my shoulders as I assumed responsibility for relaying communication after having sent the original message in regards to being free to play. I believe the player the dodging allegation should be dropped in light of the situation and a clear statement regarding the progress of his ban be made to avoid further confusion

edit: As of right now i have been unsuccessful in being able to get in contact with coco to explain the situation but will continue trying.

As well, Av1on's ban was fueled by the alleged player pubstomping him... I did review his "evidence" on the ban thread and debunked it. This player cannot defend themselves because of weak communication abilities in english...
I think ENT staff should reconsider unbanning this innocent player,and if so, bar Av1on in particular from banning this player without third party review in the future, due to bias.

Ben said that because you said he was not formally banned yet, which was not the case. He was indeed banned when it was moved to awaiting confirmation, that section is used for double checking hacking bans but the ban is still initially made by the first moderator.

Also regardless of what you told him he was fully aware he was banned. He saw the banned message multiple times on the account he dodged with and also dodged after making a ban appeal. Besides, as iamdragon said he was already online before you made that comment and this was after seeing he was banned. What you told him after is irrelevant even if it mattered since he already dodged.

You also cannot appeal for other people.
