No, admin is right, you juggled.

Rule broken: Do not change the king's target to delay killing, except to efficiently kill multiple targets or kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units.

You changed targets multiple times instead of just killing the units or switching to higher priority units. Thus the ban.

On another note, calling an admin "uncompetent" (guessing you meant incompetent) probably isnt the best way to have someone see your point of view.

Would be easier to take a look at this case, when you would post the replay in question or the original ban request on the issue.
