Why are you banned: I was frustrated that slark said hes going afk right during last raxx defense after not helping most of the game, so i said the following and then submitted on forums, but instead of him getting banned I got banned 5 days for "admin impersonation" but i absolutely did not mean to impersonate an admin...

i really didn't use any !ban command or anything like that and I always forget that it can be taken out of context as admin impersonation, I was just frustrated that he said hes going afk at raxx defense, especailly since he was our late game hero

Also I got confused when shadow demon controlled slark's hero after we had to VK him, instead of using his own hero. I saw shadow demon sitting in fountain and using slark's hero, and since we used the leaver items I assumed he was just game ruining instead of defending raxx with his actual hero. Also both were 800 elo players and i noticed a few times they didn't help during fights.. So I was very annoyed with them in that game

Why you should be unbanned: I wasn't even submitted in the game, i was the one who submitted them... honestly i was frustrated because the 2 players i submitted didn't help much earlier in the game. then we had to votekick our late game hero (slark) I honestly didn't mean to admin impersonate, and I said i was going to submit him so I assumed that would make it clear i'm not an admin. And Shadow demon put me on ignore because I told him to use his image spell during team fights, so I never saw what he was saying. That's where the miscommunication came from with him. Please unban it won't happen again and I see where I was in the wrong. Thanks

I believe the admin impersonation portion is in response to this

You have no moderator authority so not only saying he is banned but for a duration which makes it look like you have that authority is a bannable offense.

I said in the chat that i was submitting them on forums so I assumed that would make it clear I didn't mean to admin impersonate, and just saying a ban duration is considered admin impersonation, I was just hoping he wouldn't go afk and try to finish it since there was like 10 mins left, i was frustrated at the end there. From now on I will just submit i won't mention anything in chat. I see where i went wrong there. We all make mistakes sometimes when we have game ruiners it gets very frustrating. Sorry

In addition to the above, please explain your votekick attempt of slark that I listed in the ban request as abusive, and your being afk the last two minutes of the game not defending your throne.

i just wanted to votekick slark because he said he was gonna go afk around 40 mins, so i figured he was done. then I was confused because shadow demon was at fountain and controlling slark who had no items, instead of his main hero. And I saw some instances earlier in the game where he could have saved me with his illusion spell but just watched, so i thought they were both just ruining it and was frustrated that game. I guess he also ignored me so I didn't see what he was saying at the end there. I don't remember purposely refusing to defend, I might have went to BR or drink or something. Sorry about that. I understand now and i wasn't clear enough about just submitting them. In the future i won't say anything i'll just submit after the game.

Do not spam during games (chat, ping, etc.).
Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
Do not leave before the game has certainly ended, especially if no other player has left.
Do not delay a game from starting by joining/leaving multiple times or otherwise.
Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby.
Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned/to force them to do something they are not obligated to. For example, telling users to draw or they would get banned is deceiving as drawing is a mere vote and not mandatory.
Any form of votekick and !ff abuse.
Do not ruin the game on purpose:
Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Do not pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay. Do not save the game.
Do not impersonate any Enterprise Gaming authority (be it a staff member or our bot).
Do not threat or mock community members and do not ddos or dox them.

Im not talking about the votekick when he asked to be kicked.
Please review the game since you are not clear on why you were banned.

You are right I was frustrated with him because I thought he watched during a few team fights so I started a votekick, but i think he was just a new player so i shouldnt have done that. It was a late night and i made a mistake. Please give me 1 last chance i wanted to play again tonight, thanks @beerlord

Fair enough. Your passion for the game is admirable, as is your skill-set. Please dont have a recurrence of this messiness.
