Frankly, most of your posts and comments are uncalled for. Do the mods defend each other? Sure, all friends do, that's life and on an internet forum they can do whatever they want even if it contradicts what was said 2 seconds ago. But you're pretty much a good ban just by reading the chat logs. This is going to be denied almost immediately.

I am going to side with Beerlord on this one and that he has showed leniency towards your behavior and yet you continue to act hostile in every game you play. I don't think this is how you're going to lessen your ban, if you keep this up, it will most likely increase. gl

If Furion is 6-13-23 while throwing, what is 7-15-22? Looks like he wasn't the only one throwing games. Agreed with Beerlord. You have been given way too many chances and it seems your toxic behavior does more harm than good. Would do you well to take some time away and look to change your behavior because a five-day ban will soon turn to 7 and then 15 days.

What Beerlord does in his game is irrelevant to this case, and it's also none of our business.

As for your reports, i don't remember details, but i am fairly certain you were given an explanation and a reason as to why they were denied.

Finally, as i said above, this appeal is for you. It's for what you did wrong. So please stop bringing up irrelevant topics that provide no contribution here.

ENT does not allow excessive insulting and flaming. You did just that, and now you claim it was called for. Well, guess what, it doesn't matter. We do not allow it, which is why you are banned.

You also abused the votekick on a new/bad player. And again, new/bad player will die, a lot. That doesn't mean they are intentionally throwing. This just means not everyone is born to go 55-0 on every dota game he plays. Most of us just play for fun.

He wasn't bad, He decided to give up and type !FF look at damn video before making assumption. We ask for help, He refused to do so, He ditch the team. Played by himself and feed. This is a team game is it not? So pushing by himself out on the open spot isn't feeding? During team battle, He ditch the group and push to feed? with his gear as furion, He can easily support us. But decided not too. Just like techie, Techie can do just as much with furion but more with the right item, Which furion does have for group battle.

You start by insulting pink in the very first 15 seconds of the game. You think that's "called for"? How do you think pink will react to your nonsense?

Minute 6. You have boots and you charge traxex. Axe is there to protect traxex. Silencer is far, and has no boots. Obviously, you will engage alone. When you do reach traxex, silencer is not only far behind, but he also has axe in his way. Then, you dive the tower and die, at level 3. What follows is you, blaming silencer for your bad play.

Obviously, silencer couldn't and shouldn't follow you there. That was a terrible play. You pushed too far, dived a tower on 2v1.

So far, you've insulted 3 of your teammates without any single of them responding/talking/provoking you. That's all in the first 6 minutes of the game. How do you think your team feels about a guy who is mad at everything for no apparent reason? Ask yourself that.

Once you revive, you charge bot. You dive the tower against earth/ogre, and it turns out well as you get two kills. Fury dies in the process. Earth then teleports back, and you instantly charge him. Legion was there, but he had 50 mana ( heal takes 80 ), and 240hp. You dived the tower against a stunner. If he came anywhere near close, he would be dead. So, obviously, he goes back instead of helping.

And here's your reaction to that whole situation, which, again, was 100% your fault.

You revive and charge mid. Riki is level 5 with 250 hp. Enemy mid is necro. Necro's heal does damage. Riki coming close to help = riki dead. So riki doesn't come close to help, obviously.

So, 4 out of 4 teammates insulted. Ultra kill in 8 minutes. Definitely deserves congratulations.

Then out of the blue you throw this. Another reason for silencer to feel wholeheartedly of you.

At 1530 you charged top. When you reach there, axe is at 50% hp fight 2 enemies. You help kill axe, pink gets the kill and you here's your response:

At 1700, furion gets ganked bot as he is pushing. He was pushing a bit too far alone without vision, and that was definitely a bad move. However, he wasn't doing that intentionally. He just didn't know better. Instead of insulting him, you should be a grown up and offer advice in a well mannered approach.

At 1800 fury and lc are pushing top. Axe jumps LC, and fury abandons him. True, leaving him like that was a bad play. It was a one time incident, tho, so it doesn't deserve a kick on it's own.

At 2130 you scout the enemy team entering your jungle, and you engage then. Fury abandons you, again, then teleports bot and farms. At this point, the kick is valid.

However, considering all you've done in this game, which was insulting and flaming all 4 of your teammates at any given point for any given reason, plus the fact you didn't try to offer any sort of advice of furion, who was clearly a new/bad player, i would have denied the request, too.

Furion was playing full push-style. I am not saying it was a good move, i am just stating what i saw. He would keep all lanes pushed, which is not a bad thing.

Don't forget he is new. Offer advice or learn to move on.

I agree with beerlords judgement and he informed us about this step. Youre toxic and it was time to do something.
That beeing said every attack towards Beerlord or mods involved, every "complaint" about their capability of reviewing request or beeing biased is considered a forum rule break as you could go the complaint way, which is not useful here as i already told you the outcome of it. Violating the above might result in forum warnings/bans.

So stick to the topic and try to understand what you do wrong.
