Hello,

From my experience, that usually happens when you try to dodge a game around when the countdown timer reaches 0 to start the game. The latency between the time you click to leave game and when it registers with the ENT bot is significant to cause this issue.

It's been happening without trying to dodge as well (it happened to me this week and I was unbanned as soon as a mod reviewed it). I'd recommend you add the game link as well for faster approval as thats what I did and they were pretty fast with me. See you soon.

From what I can see, it looks like you simply lost connection to the bot, either by lagging out during loading screen, or something just wasn't communicating correctly on a client/host connection.

Also looks like the ban expired.
