Why you should be unbanned: I'm a casual player and i play other maps than dota. i can't play good because i have high ms only in dota but not in other maps.

Nobody gets banned for having a low winrate. It seems you left a game and got banned for your low STAYrate, which can either be the results of frequent leaving, game crashes / disconnects or just your choice of games you play.
