Why you should be unbanned: Well, I'm playing from China and I'm forced to use a VPN... if I don't I have about 10000 ping and I'm unable to play. Is there any chance I might get one account whitelisted? I haven't played in about a year and I'd like to meet up with my old friends.

We do not allow VPNs while playing on ENT Gaming.

I would suggest finding a stable connection, or using a reconnection tool to help prevent you from disconnecting mid game.
