I too have a range ban? can this be removed? i played fine yesterday on WC3 and now on ent it has this issue.

i cant bealive that no one cant answer me for 3 days, i dont know how to explain u but this is very simple thing. Last time when i go for ban appeal i was put on whitelist and i played normal lod from ent, now when want to play from wc3 connect that ban is still there and i cant play any games here, so i just asked u nice can u put me on whitelist for wc3 so i can play normal? thats 1 minute job for u, and for me is a lot because i cant play any game. i hope someone will read this and put me on whitelist so i can play, thank you.
