Ent moderators are volunteers. Not everyone of them will be available especially during the week. Having a year ban is a huge deal for the player base so the moderators need to take a look into the details of why it happened and how it happened.

No matter how long it takes, dont get mad or make repeat posts or you wont benefit from anything.
