There is no need to double post here. We saw your post and are working on it. But remember we are all vonlunteers and checking rangebans takes some time.

To answer your question, it takes longer because rangeban involves more information. A leave ban can immediately be solved just by checking the game. But the reason your request is taking longer than usual is because there are very few mods who are actually working on the ban appeals/ban requests. I know the list of moderators currently is at 20 but really, it's less than five if we are being honest.

Ah got ya. Just a drag, such a long ban for moving. All I want is to play DOTA to preoccupy me while I quit smoking and I'm stuck playing lame 1.0.3 pubs. ;( Thanks dude.

We applied a rangeban on a user to stop them from dodging their bans. At the time, we whitelisted csn@useast.battle.net since we saw you were an innocent caught in the ban. Your username 'csn' will also work for you on wc3connect. We can only whitelist one username at a time, which wc3connect username did you want?
