Why you should be unbanned: My router got stuck and had to be restarted. Try to log back into the game but didnt have enough time.Please unban

Hello Plamengk you have a history of a lot autobans lately. Any idea why and how to fix it ?

I had one last night and one today. The router got stuck both times. I never do it on purpose, iam just having fun and killing time and dont do things like that on purpose.

On my internet icon says limited access.When i restart the router its fine
