Situation: was banned for no reason
Why you should be unbanned: not sure why I would be banned.. If I was maphacking my KDR would be a lot better. If you watch the replay I did nothing illegal and the other team was accusing me of cheating. I am pretty noob and would have no reason to maphack.

i am just assuming it was a certain game because the other team was accusing me of cheating and i wasnt i will find it right away!

They thought I was cheating because I was going into their forest and finding arc farming. I knew he was there because right before that or earlier in the game he came out of the woods from top lane like he was just farming there. the furion that game ulted but he targeted me first i think because I was the first one hit before all the creeps so i backed and he said that i was mhing. i was barely across the river by myself top lane as lina at that point and mostly all were mia so i was playing smart and backed. Oh also furion had lothars but one of my teammates dusted him, then he tried to hide in the trees and tp out but we all saw him there clearly and killed him so they though I was cheating and my team even said we all saw you there.

Yondaime and I reviewed this replay together. Your pings and actions were incredibly suspicious. You got runes exactly when they came up and knew where we were in the woods at all times.

Along with pinging people entirely with no vision of fog. So if you want to get ahead of this and tell the truth I suggest you do it now, if you give us a brother excuse was playing or I was not maphacking the results will not go through well.

Yondaime and I reviewed this replay together. Your pings and actions were incredibly suspicious. You got runes exactly when they came up and knew where we were in the woods at all times.

I got lucky on the runes because I never really went back to base. From what I remember the runes were top like two or three times in a row and the runes do come up every two minutes i believe. also I think that I was pinging in certain areas because the creeps were past the first tower because i think the tower was down. where i was pinging was the general direction that i would want my team to go because once my creeps get so far then they can only farm in three places and you have to pass the neutrals by the rune to get to the neutrals closest to the tower.

I have never cheated nor would I ever have the time or care to cheat. My !sd score is not very good and like i said the team we played just was really bad.

You pinged alot of the times along with blue DIRECTLY on HEROS. You never had vision on regular map or minimap of the heros.

When you killed Arc Warden in the forest, he went into fog and you couldnt see him he ran back to you though to throw off your stun, but you stunned in front of yourself as if you KNEW he was turning back, thats either just a mistake or you were maphacking and knew he was going to run back to you as you saw him turn around. I highly doubt it was a mistake.

That is only one of the instances but there are many many more.

I was not maphacking I wouldnt download anything because I have a limit on data and I am not on wifi.

I am tethering to my phone via my laptop and I wouldnt ever want to download anything.

Minute 8 obvious gank on brown with no vision - brown killed me here and i asked for a mia call which i did not see on chat.
Minute 14 lina ganks woods no vision - I think I had an invis rune on this one.
Minute 19 right to ursa in woods - we all disabled ursa till he died. very bad ursa
Minute 22 right to me in woods again - I believe this is the time that I think your image came out and was farming top so I knew you were in forest.
Minute 34 gank ursa at rosh right when he finishes - rosh was just up and Ursa was missing. Anyone who is smart would have tried to get him before he finished.
Minute 38 right to brown again - we had dust on furion and he tried to hide in the trees right by us. our whole team saw him

I was not cheating! burritocarcass was paranoid the whole game that i was and i cannot speak for blue maybe he was cheating but i just had a lucky game.

I am actually strongly supporting the unban because of 3 things:

1. Minute 22 right to me in woods again
2. Minute 34 gank ursa at rosh right when he finishes
3. Minute 38 right to brown again

1. He pinged on the big creep spawn, although no1 was there. Then yellow or blue pinged in the enemies jungle and the whole team went there. There were also a couple of other pings before, plus the ES fissure on the top lane indicating someone being there.

2. Completely ridiculous proof. The whole team went there and he pinged 2mins ago and yellow as well. Why's he banned but not the other 3?

3. That's also funny. First he pushed back the creep wave, then the creeps in the jungle and went to the rune after he realized that there's a visage (first reaction after 2 seconds). He then started to cast spells.

You make it sound like he used a stun in the jungle on an enemy he couldn't see.

Once again I watched the replay without having read the stuffs before and the only things I actually noticed are yellow's and blue's pings being more accurate than orange's.


So from me: Unban.

Art)Y the thing with the jungle is that yes, he did use a stun in the jungle on an enemy he could not see perfectly well, I was arguing with Burrito over this as well as we were trying to figure out on whether to ban him or not, at first I was thinking evidence may not be sufficient enough, however with the gank on the Arc Warden from Lina, he directly goes to the mid creep in jungle does not even check the first one that he is closest too? Now you could argue that he had vision of that camp but that was only until he was at the ramp to the direct of the second creep camp, so why would he not check that first one? Also when arc warden was running away any regular dota player would anticipate the path he was taking, Lina didnt she stuns right infront of herself as if she KNEW AND COULD SEE the Arc warden running back towards her but the arc warden was in the fog. Do not forget Lina also has a long cast time, and it was precasted just as Arc Warden ran back. @BurritoCarcass feel free to give your argument as well.

You know what @shooterball I'm going to trust you on this and I will unban you. Here is why, I understand getting lucky and people accusing you of map hack. I watched some of your other replays and I found nothing suspicious. Moreover, I hate being accused of something I am not doing, I enjoy playing pudge a lot, i will be sitting still and randomly throw a hook, 90% of time I hit nothing, but then there are those times when I hit someone and they cry. I portion of this game is luck based and I will honor that.
