yes, all of that because I lost 5 games in a row with you on my team as an 800 elo player...

All you do is go forest/woods all game as entire team dies. Then you act like someone insulted your family when they call you out.

No, I did not 'refuse to ult'. I fully used it for NECRO, a BETTER player, instead of you. Which was a wise decision because nec ended up carrying that game 100%. Check replay if you want. Basically this guy has no rule breaking so he is grasping at straws with random timestamps, all because his ego is hurt that someone didnt like his jungle playstyle and low iq moves.

Anyway, let mods check it. I do not mind.

Okey, i will ban only 1 day, i explain :

The 5 replays you provided, he did a vk abuse (many attempts) only in the first replay, in the other replays it was just one time for one person.

About that missing ulti, i myself ask some nort players to not ulti for nothing or for rambo players to keep it for real fights.

It's becoming a habit of this player to just votekick whenever he dies or makes a mistake. Just keep a note of that. That reduces the quality of the game and makes votekick merely a tool to annoy players, and people start paying less attention when it's really needed.

On the missing ult, it was a team fight. We were multiple players engaged in a fight and he refused to ult and did it intentionally. He has done it in other games as well. I would like other players to keep a note of this, and hopefully he stops being toxic.

Regarding the elo, I would challenge you to keep one account and play for a year to see what elo you end up with. So many players think they are good becuase they reset their elo to 1000 too often! Nevertheless it doesn't give you right to abuse players with low elo (like yourself). If that was the case was I allowed to kick you two months ago when I was 1200+? What kind of a stupid argument is that?

Okey i agree with some of your argument, he ulti late but i can't ban more for using ulti late one time, i think he has some problems with you regarding chatlog, so he may tell you that just to makes you rage but i believe it was not intentional because many other players died in this fight as you said.

I don't believe he waited 3 players to die to ulti only for necro.
