I Have no idea how to send replays never done one. But he ruined the game lvl 2 we have no creeps he blinks to necro who is under tower with heal..
obvi dies cause he has no hp and cant blink out. gives him FB for no reason and it just spun the game out of hand after that. These dude just needs to be checked.

Yep... I was in that game ... he is a troll. On that day he did it in few games.
0/6 in 7 minutes , then woods... going for some random items. Never with team , just feed.

Well the move was a bit retarded i agree but can't ban based on one move.

I checked the whole replay (your appeals are poor, you need to put timestamps), but he just played bad.
